Wine tourism
The Wine estate is located in the vineyards, in front of Monti Rossi, two pyroclastic cones formed, north of Nicolosi, on the slopes of the Etna volcano in the eruption of 1669. If you come in Sicily you must stay in Etna mount and taste our volcanic wine. We enjoy a wide panorama of the entire vineyard, and our cellars welcome you for an oenological break.

Introduce yourself to the basics of wine tasting with our wines: Red and White Vulcanic Wine. Tasting accompanied by a Sicilian specialty (on reservation) and hosted by winemaker.

Food pairing
Discover the history of the area, the local secrets and magic of winemaking. Visit followed by a discovery tasting of two/three wines accompanied by local cheese&ham, sicilian tipycal products (on reservation) and hosted by winemaker : 25 € per person.

Visitors to the Monti Rossi vineyards have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the beauty of Etna's terroir with guided tours and wine tastings that showcase the unique flavors of the region. For a more complete experience, guests can stay overnight in comfortable accommodations surrounded by the vineyard’s serene landscape, with the added convenience of a private driver to explore the area.
ETNA Excursions
The tour proposed below starts from the Rifugio Sapienza area (altitude 1900 meters) where you will meet your guide;
After the briefing and accommodation, we will first take the cable car up to an altitude of 2500 meters. Subsequently, by off-road minibuses, we will arrive at about 2800 meters where we will begin our trek towards the places of the most recent eruptions.
